This ribs restaurant came recommended to me by a local restaurant owner but I was a bit hesitant to have ribs here, given that I have very high standards for ribs. However, the recommendation was specific for the "tom yum" flavoured fusion ribs, which got me interested.
I had half a rack (280B), tom-yum flavoured and they were better than I expected. I loved them!
You get to choose 2 sides. I went for the Asian slaw (which was actually just a salad but a very nice one) and the peri peri chips (average fries).
This is definitely an example of successful fusion!
