What is Nasi Lemak?

Malaysia's national dish is simple but delicious. Fragrant rice cooked in coconut milk and pandan leaf, served with a variety of extras. It's regularly eaten for breakfast but you can find it at all times. It's traditionally sold in little banana leaf parcels. Probably the most traditional version somes with sambal (spicy sauce), anchovies and boiled egg.
