Vietnamese coffee (cà phê)

What is Vietnamese coffee (cà phê)?

"Cà phê": Dark, strong, bitter and delicious! Usually brewed in a little metal filter which sits on top of a glass and drips. Almost always served on ice ("đá") in the south (due to the hot weather) but you can have it hot ("nóng") if you prefer. Condensed sweet milk ("sữa") is often added, which turns it in to almost a dessert, but if you like your coffee strong then I recommend having it black ("đen").
