I visited briefly for some fried spring rolls and a coffee. It's nice enough but it's just another tourist restaurant.
"Mandarin is a Hue institution. The owner Mr Cu opened in the mid nineties when travellers started trickling through Hue. He's a fantastic photographer and his work is displayed on all the walls. Great local and international food and delicious fruit salads. Friendly family atmosphere. Free wifi."
