Even after asking the staff (who did't speak English) and some customers (who did), I was unable to find the name of this place. I expect it doesn't have a name. However, it is definitely at the exact location marked on the map.
It's a very local experience and seems to be popular with Thai locals with the spice level (hot) and price (30B) to match.
