Very famous place for roti canai. Not open in the evenings. I ordered the chicken banjir and then beef. Pretty tasty but wish I’d had it without banjir.
I went back and had "roti canai ayam" (their most popular order) but still feel like it's overrated. The roti isn't the classic round flaky style, it's like the square folded-once pancakes from Southern Thailand which usually have sweet filling. I much prefer the round flaky ones. Also the curry gravy is a bit too thin for my liking.
Still, it's a good experience and it draws the crowds.
Apparently the mutton curry is the best and I also need to try the roti bakar with eggs.
