Just inside Sin Guat Keong Coffee Shop in the evenings. Comes in 3 sizes: RM8, RM12 and RM16. Delicious!

UPDATE: I just went back in May 2016. The prices have gone up (small is now RM10) and I'm no longer sure if it's that great. It's tasty enough but there are many better dishes for cheaper.
