Recommended by locals. Apparently the char koay teow has "fat juicy prawns". Extremely popular. Get a table, place your order and tell them the table number. I had to wait for an hour. I probably wouldn't have ordered had I known the wait was that long but there's no visible queue so I had no idea.
The prawns were indeed massive and juicy. The whole dish was great but I'm not sure it was worth waiting an hour for. Also, it's about twice as expensive as other popular versions.
The owner is famous for her rudeness, although I didn't see anything while I was there.
