It's one of the most famous places for phở. The best thing about it is that it's main claim to fame is a visit from Bill Clinton in November 2000! There are photos of his visit on the walls and the restaurant's slogan is "Phở for president".
I thought the phở was average and definitely overpriced but if you're at Ben Thanh market and want some soup then it's not a bad place to visit.
