Amazing "sốt vang" French wine soup with bread. They seem to just do 3 dishes: The sốt vang song, a plate of various meats (which I had on my 2nd visit - also delicious) and a banh mi (which I had early one morning - very tasty). The locals seem to always have a cup of soya milk with whatever they eat. If there are 2 of you, I'd suggest having a soup each and sharing the plate of meat.
It gets busy here. Recommended.
