Probably the best food in Sapa but a little bit more expensive. They do higher-end versions of local delicacies, famous for their various pork and trout dishes. The building and setting are fantastic and there's a wood fire in the middle of the restaurant which they use to cook some of their dishes. Like all of the Hill Station branches, they have happy hour between 2pm and 6pm to get 2 for 1 wine and craft beer.
Of the dishes I've tried, the pork confit and ash trout are the best.
