This is a well known place by locals for their hu tieu. I went at 7pm on a Tuesday and it was full up so I had to use the outside tables which belong to the drinks cart (so you have to buy a drink).
As with most hu tieu places, you get the choice of having it as a soup or dry (the soup comes separately). I went for the soup version and I was disappointed. It was quite tasty but I'm not entirely sure why it's so popular.
